Yes, for most products. Please note that bulky items such as festoon strings and festoon poles cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to their size and weight. A physical street address is required for these items.

Yes, return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. We suggest using a tracked service as LiquidLEDs will not be held accountable for missing packages. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return cost.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will review it within 7 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, a shipping deduction applies to your refund: below $50 is $13, $50 to $145 is $15, $145 to $200 is $18, $200 to $500 is $23, $500 to $1,000 is $35, and over $1,000 is $55.

Yes. All LiquidLEDs LED light bulbs are vacuum-sealed and water-resistant, making them suitable for outdoor use. However, an IP44 or IP65 rated lamp holder is required when using bulbs outdoors.

No, your bulbs are most likely working perfectly. This is a common characteristic of LED bulbs with digital dimmers. Simply set a minimum brightness level of 35% or slightly higher in the Pixie app's device settings. This ensures the bulb always receives enough power to turn on.

I purchased one 12/24 v 8w light globe to test it and have found it to be excellent. I will be ordering 6 more. The product was delivered in a timely manner. A similar product I purchased from another supplier which took more than 1 month to arrive did not work with my festoon light system

12-24v Light Globes

Ordered 6 x globes, arrived safely and packaged well.
One light appeared faulty when first used, turning on and off intermittently. Told LiquidLEDs about this and they responded immediately and sent out a new globe. Very happy with their customer service and the products. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!!

12-24V LED light bulbs

So happy with these bulbs! We’ve had a hard time finding nice bulbs that are 24V and now we know where to get them! One of the bulbs that arrived was faulty but a replacement was sent straight away! Cannot rate Liquid LEDs high enough for both quality lighting and service.
