This plug-in dimmer attachment is a great idea but it’s quite tricky to operate and the dimming is function temperamental. It should be straightforward to operate but didn’t come with operating instructions so I wonder if I’m doing something wrong.

We assure you that our dimmer is designed to be user-friendly and easy to operate. To turn the lights on or off, simply press the button once. Then, to dim the lights, just hold down the button until you reach your desired level.

Package arrived damaged, product intact. Overpriced, but just what I needed and works well. Allows you to deep dim LEDs and incandescents, and controls a mix of different bulb types evenly and simultaneously. Most of your usable light will be in the top third of the dial, but you can dim incandescents until they are merely a red glow. Serious LED flicker problem when you turn dimmable LEDs down low. Tested on 8W G95 dimmable globe 4000K from Liquid LEDs. Tested dimmer extensively over a week as dubious about performance after mixed reviews on the white version.

No bulb circumference information leads to wrong size being purchased. Please publish small globe circumference, as many requirements need smaller circumference to fit. Expensive postage too.
