At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Shipping

Enjoy free fast shipping for orders over EUR€299, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to Europe varies depending country and will be visible at the checkout.

The estimated transit time dates are calculated based on working days.

For orders under €150, VAT will be charged at checkout. Customers will be responsible for customs duties or taxes for orders over €150.

Guide to Product in Stock

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.

Shipment disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Please inform us of any items that need to be corrected within 48 hours after receiving your shipment.

Been waiting YEARS for someone to invent this device.

We have two stings of festoon lights at our property and rarely used them as they were simply too bright to enjoy sitting under. I purchased two of these devices and they have changed the way we use our outdoor space. The DimEzy Plu-In Dimmer was a synch to set up after downloading the SmartLife App. Once synced we now simply tell Google Next to turn the lights on and off, as well as set the brightness anywhere from 1% to 100%. I cannot recommend these devices highly enough.
