We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Please inform us of any items that need to be corrected within 48 hours after receiving your shipment.
DimEzy™ Push Button LED Dimmer
The DimEzy™ Push Button LED Trailing-Edge Dimmer is ideal for 240V dimmable LED loads. This dimmer utilizes trailing-edge technology for compatibility with LiquidLEDs™ bulbs and is comfortable dimming down to 0%, without flickering and at a low sound level. Press the button to turn on the lights, keep pushing to reach the preferred dimming level, and press it once more to switch them off. This dimmer can be retrofitted to many switch wall plates where the mounting centre is 84mm.
This dimmer doesn't come with a switch wall plate, as it's meant to be retrofitted into your existing switch wall plate.
