⏱️ Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed and paid for before 10 a.m. AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.
📦 Tracking
All shipments include tracking. We’ll email your tracking link once your order is dispatched.
🧾 Customs, Duties & VAT
For orders under €150, VAT will be charged at checkout. For orders over €150, import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
🚨 Shipment Disruptions
If tracking shows an issue or delay, please contact us. We will request a courier investigation (allow 5–8 business days).
If tracking says delivered but you haven't received your parcel, notify us within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can act quickly.
🔄 Incorrect or Missing Items
In the unlikely event of an error, we will fix it. If the wrong item was shipped or something is missing, we will re-ship at our expense using the original shipping method. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
