Shipping

Enjoy free shipping with DHL for orders over NZD$199, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below NZD$199 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to New Zealand is estimated to be 3-6 working days. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Guide to Product in Stock

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.

Shipment disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. This shatterproof LED light bulb is made from clear polycarbonate plastic, resistant to heat and impact. It is perfect for festoon strings or any light fixture with the regular Edison Screw (E27) socket and requires 240V.

With a warm white color temperature of 2700 Kelvin, this LED light bulb produces up to 140 lumens, equivalent to an 15-watt incandescent bulb, while consuming only 1.5 watts. It has a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90, making colours stand out enough for daily tasks and perfect for places where brightness is not as important as atmosphere and ambience.

This LED light bulb has an average lifespan of 15,000 hours, which is significantly longer than the average lifespan of incandescent light bulbs, which is between 750-2,000 hours. Additionally, this LED light bulb comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty to provide added assurance.

Look great but….

We purchased a 36m long Festoon lighting string at the end of 2022 (nov) . In the 18months that we have had them they have been on for less than 100 hours yet 10% of the bulbs have failed and needed replacing . They look great on but that not a great outcome

I bought a new lamp and the lampshade doesnt offer much coverage. These bulbs are perfect as they give enough light to read but are not too bright!
