Shipping
Enjoy free shipping with DHL for orders over NZD$199, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below NZD$199 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to New Zealand is estimated to be 3-6 working days. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.
Shipment disruptions
If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. The LiquidLEDs 3-watt Pilot Dimmable LED Filament Light Bulb (B22 / bayonet cap) is compact and functional, providing up to 87% energy savings compared to a 25-watt incandescent bulb, with 220 lumens output for 3 watts. It also has low heat output, extending the device's lifespan to 25,000 hours. By reducing its temperature, the lamp also decreases energy consumption in other appliances such as refrigerators.
Please note that this globe is NOT SUITABLE for use inside electric ovens.

If you have a vintage Singer sewing machine, this bulb is the perfect size for it! Super bright, you won’t burn yourself on it, and shipping was great and fast. Super hard to find this size in the shops - cheers LiquidLEDs!
