Please contact us with your order number, a photo or video of the fault, and the batch number printed on the metal base of the bulb. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement if the fault is confirmed.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 to metro areas and over $199 to regional areas across Australia, excluding bulky items. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and postcode for orders below these thresholds.

Yes! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, EU and surrounding European countries, Canada, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, UAE and Qatar via DHL. Free international shipping is available on orders over $399. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Yes, for most products. Please note that bulky items such as festoon strings and festoon poles cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to their size and weight. A physical street address is required for these items.

We are sorry, but we do not offer pickup or click and collect at the moment. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

For EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout via the IOSS scheme — no surprise charges on delivery. For UK orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, but we do not offer direct exchanges. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To swap a product, please return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

Yes, return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. We suggest using a tracked service as LiquidLEDs will not be held accountable for missing packages. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return cost.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will review it within 7 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, a shipping deduction applies to your refund: below $50 is $13, $50 to $145 is $15, $145 to $200 is $18, $200 to $500 is $23, $500 to $1,000 is $35, and over $1,000 is $55.

No. Clearance items are sold at a reduced price and are not eligible for a refund.

Yes. All LiquidLEDs LED light bulbs are vacuum-sealed and water-resistant, making them suitable for outdoor use. However, an IP44 or IP65 rated lamp holder is required when using bulbs outdoors.

Most LiquidLEDs 240V bulbs are dimmable and work smoothly with leading trailing-edge LED dimmers. Please check the individual product page to confirm whether a specific bulb is dimmable. Always pair a dimmable bulb with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Browse our compatible dimmers.

Yes, absolutely. A dimmable LED bulb can be used in a non-dimmable light fitting without any risk of damage. It will simply operate at full brightness.

No, your bulbs are most likely working perfectly. This is a common characteristic of LED bulbs with digital dimmers. Simply set a minimum brightness level of 35% or slightly higher in the Pixie app's device settings. This ensures the bulb always receives enough power to turn on.

Review add-on

Two days after i wrote my review one of the glass shades of my pendant lights spontaneously shattered. I think possibly the lovely round globe was too close to the glass and heated it up and caused it to crack. Sadly the glass is not replaceable. Just letting others know - make sure you choose the right bulb shape for your light!

Great service and products

I needed some LED globes for my kitchen pendants and had trouble sourcing the right size and colour temperature. Luckily my search led to Liquid LEDs. Their range is huge and the website easy to navigate. I found the perfect fit and ordered three.

My order was despatched the same day and arrived much quicker than I expected given the Covid19 days.

Unfortunately one of the three broke when I was installing it. I was ordering a replacement and I was offered a free one. That was a very pleasant surprise as they would be under no obligation to do so, given that I could not demonstrate that it was defective.
