At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse using trusted courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Your order will be delivered via one of the following services:

• Australia Post (Standard)
• Australia Post Express
• Direct Freight Express

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown based on your location and order size.

🎁 Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over:

• $99 to metro areas
• $199 to regional areas

Shipping costs start from $8.25 for orders below these thresholds and vary based on order weight and postcode.

The following regions are excluded from the free shipping offer:

• Lord Howe Island (NSW 2898)
• Norfolk Island (NSW 2899)
• Christmas Island (WA 6798)
• Cocos (Keeling) Islands (WA 6799)
• Thursday Island & Torres Strait (QLD 4875)

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times from our Sydney warehouse:

• Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
• Other NSW: 2–5 business days
• Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide Metro: 2–5 business days
• Other Capital & Regional Areas: 2–7 business days

⏱️ Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid for before 10 a.m. AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.

📦 Tracking & Delivery Issues

All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

🚨 Shipment Disruptions

If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. This process may take 5–8 business days.

If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery notification.

📍 Incorrect Delivery Address

If an incorrect address is supplied and a delivery attempt is made, the parcel will be returned to us. This applies to addresses not recognised by Australia Post’s National Address Database. Such attempts are still considered fulfilled deliveries on our end.

Once we receive your return, we will contact you. To redeliver, you’ll need to pay the applicable postage fee for your area plus a $18 return-to-sender fee.

If you choose to cancel the order after the parcel has been returned, we will deduct the original shipping cost (even if it was originally free shipping) and the return fee from your refund.

🔄 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the original shipping method. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
