Yes, for most products. Please note that bulky items such as festoon strings and festoon poles cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to their size and weight. A physical street address is required for these items.

We are sorry, but we do not offer pickup or click and collect at the moment. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

For EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout via the IOSS scheme — no surprise charges on delivery. For UK orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, but we do not offer direct exchanges. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To swap a product, please return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

Yes, return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. We suggest using a tracked service as LiquidLEDs will not be held accountable for missing packages. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return cost.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will review it within 7 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

No, your bulbs are most likely working perfectly. This is a common characteristic of LED bulbs with digital dimmers. Simply set a minimum brightness level of 35% or slightly higher in the Pixie app's device settings. This ensures the bulb always receives enough power to turn on.

The product works well and the LED globes look fantastic. However, the lights run for 8m @800mm spacing plus about 2m lead, so 10m could be a bit misleading. This could be made more clear when purchasing.

We used two of these for an indoor party like effect. It's very good and we have the option of using an inline dimmer in the future if we want it even more ambient.
