Enjoy free shipping with DHL for orders over $399, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below $399 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to United States would be visible at the checkout. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Shipment disruptions
If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order.
