Broken inside

Excellent brightness, low heat, height efficiency and dimmable -fantastic. One arrived in new condition. The other broken.

Unfortunately I’ve had this item shipped twice and it has arrived broken inside both times. I’m not sure whether it was the item itself broken before it was sent, or if it was the postal workers breaking the item twice or if the item is so fragile that it shouldn’t be posted. I suspect given that there is no damage on the box, a large quantity of these were dropped in the warehouse.

Hi Lindsay, unfortunate to hear that the replacement has arrived broken. A new replacement will be dispatched with an alternative delivery service ASAP. We have submitted a complaint to Australia Post. Sorry for the inconvenience.

G135 14w gloves

These globes are very bright, they do cause strong shadows and probably need to be used in light shades to diffuse the light a little. We ordered 10 and one was broken when it was taken out of the box. The glass stem inside that supports the filaments was broken.
