⏱️ Αποστολή Την Ίδια Ημέρα
Οι παραγγελίες που γίνονται και πληρώνονται πριν τις 10 π.μ. AEST σε εργάσιμη ημέρα αποστέλλονται την ίδια ημέρα από την αποθήκη μας στο Σίδνεϊ.
📦 Παρακολούθηση
Όλες οι αποστολές περιλαμβάνουν παρακολούθηση. Θα σας στείλουμε μέσω email τον σύνδεσμο παρακολούθησης μόλις αποσταλεί η παραγγελία σας.
🧾 Τελωνεία, Δασμοί & ΦΠΑ
Για παραγγελίες κάτω από €150, ο ΦΠΑ θα χρεωθεί κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας. Για παραγγελίες άνω των €150, ενδέχεται να ισχύουν εισαγωγικοί δασμοί και φόροι κατά την άφιξη, οι οποίοι βαρύνουν τον παραλήπτη.
🚨 Διακοπές Αποστολής
Εάν η παρακολούθηση δείχνει πρόβλημα ή καθυστέρηση, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας. Θα ζητήσουμε έρευνα από τον μεταφορέα (αναμονή 5–8 εργάσιμες ημέρες).
Εάν η παρακολούθηση αναφέρει παράδοση αλλά δεν έχετε παραλάβει το δέμα σας, ενημερώστε μας εντός 7 ημερών από την ειδοποίηση παράδοσης ώστε να δράσουμε γρήγορα.
🔄 Λανθασμένα ή Ελλιπή Αντικείμενα
Σε περίπτωση σφάλματος, θα το διορθώσουμε. Εάν αποσταλεί λάθος αντικείμενο ή λείπει κάτι, θα επαναποσταλεί με δικά μας έξοδα χρησιμοποιώντας την αρχική μέθοδο αποστολής. Παρακαλούμε ενημερώστε μας εντός 48 ωρών από την παραλαβή της αποστολής σας.
