At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. 🚚 Delivery Timeframes

⏱️ Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed and paid for before 10 a.m. AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.
📦 Tracking & Delivery Issues
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
🚨 Shipment Disruptions
If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. This process may take 5–8 business days.
If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery notification.
📍 Incorrect Delivery Address
If an incorrect address is supplied and a delivery attempt is made, the parcel will be returned to us. This applies to addresses not recognised by Australia Post’s National Address Database. Such attempts are still considered fulfilled deliveries on our end.
Once we receive your return, we will contact you. To redeliver, you’ll need to pay the applicable postage fee for your area plus a $18 return-to-sender fee.
If you choose to cancel the order after the parcel has been returned, we will deduct the original shipping cost (even if it was originally free shipping) and the return fee from your refund.
🔄 Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the original shipping method. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
