Shipping

Enjoy free shipping with DHL for orders over S$189, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below S$189 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to Singapore is estimated to be 5-9 working days. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Guide to Product in Stock

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.

Shipment disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Beautiful Bright Bulbs

These bulbs are great. I couldn't find any suppliers in New Zealand for clear LED bulbs with a decent level of lumens, so I ordered these from LiquidLEDs. Delivery was pretty quick, and I'm very happy to finally have bulbs with the aesthetic I was going for, while still being bright enough to light up my lounge. 10/10 would recommend.

Dining room rescue
