Shipping

Enjoy free fast shipping for orders over GBP£299, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below GBP£299 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to United Kingdom will be provided at the checkout. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Guide to Product in Stock

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.

Shipment disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Great product great service

Purchased 30m of festoon lighting just over a year ago. Had a faulty globe. Response from liquid leds was prompt. Explained how to check to make sure just the globe and when confirmed they sent me a new one under warranty. I am so happy with the product and the service

Excellent globes

These globes are a great replacement for the older incandescent globes which are harder to find now, and they are more robust. The light is a pleasant warm white and they are flicker free when dimmed. I use mine in a bedside touch lamp with three levels of dimming and they work flawlessly.
LiquidLEDS service is great too with fast dispatch and order updates. I will definitely look to them for my next order.
