Enjoy free fast shipping for orders over GBP£299, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below GBP£299 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to United Kingdom will be provided at the checkout. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.
Shipment disruptions
If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. This Smart Plug-In Dimmer, constructed from ABS plastic, specifically Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, possesses an IP55 International Protection Rating, rendering it impervious to weather elements such as rain, snow, or frost. It is designed to maintain optimal performance in both indoor and outdoor settings, even under low light conditions.
This dimmer is engineered to be compatible with a variety of bulbs, including dimmable LED, halogen, incandescent, and CFL bulbs. Operational control of the dimmer can be achieved through the utilisation of a remote or the Smart Life App, available for download via the Apple or Play Store. Furthermore, the Smart WiFi Plug-In Dimmer is accompanied by a 3-year warranty, ensuring quality and reliability.

Amazing product, works exactly as described and is incredibly easy to use.Our festoon lights switch on from 11m away from our pergola and with the remote we can now switch them on as we exit the back door, that was our main reason for purchasing - the dimmer is an added bonus that works brilliantly also.
Have only used the timer feature, as any dairy lights I have attached to it have apparrently not been dimmable.
