Enjoy free shipping with DHL for orders over GBP£99, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below GBP£99 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to United Kingdom is estimated to be 6-9 working days. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

Shipment disruptions

We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
Incorrect Product/Order

If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. This black 10m Festoon String with 20 lamp holders enhances your parties and special events. Featuring flat 1.5mm thick SAA-certified rubber cables, this festoon string has a 10m side with 20 E27 (Edison Screw base) lamp holders spaced 50 centimetres apart. You can attach the lamp holders directly to a surface or attach them with a cable tie. They have holes for cable ties, screws, or hooks.
Unlock the full potential of this product with the ability to extend beyond the initial 10m to 50m or even over 100m with additional festoon strings. Plus, the 3m power lead can be extended using a classic extension cord, giving you even more flexibility.

About the festoon lights string:
- 10m string is IP65 rated and is perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use (most other suppliers are IP20 to IP44)
- 20 x E27 (Edison Screw) Sockets on commercial-grade rubber cable.
- The light string can be joined together to make longer string lights. It has a universal joint on both ends.
- Eyelets are available on every lamp holder for easy mounting without professional assistance.
- Most LED bulbs are dimmable (as specified in the dropdown menu) and require a dimmer.
- 240 Volt Australian Standard 2-pin plug for easy install

- The distance of the Australian plug to the first globe is 3.5M

Pretty happy with my purchase and no hardware issues with my recent installation of x2 10m festoon light strings at 50cm spacing with 4W Quad Loop Dimmable in Extra Warm bulbs. The quality looks quite good. I also got a dimezy dimmer which works well however l found the mounting bracket to secure it to a wall in a very odd position directly behind the power cable. But apart from that very happy! Thanks Michael for your help last weekend with my extension cable compatibility query and your prompt reply!
