Oversized bulb…and customer service!

Love the bulbs, great pendants in our new kitchen and exactly as described.

More importantly, when one showed up damaged, even though I didn’t realize because it stayed in the package for weeks, customer service was prompt, courteous, and a replacement was in the post the next day. Lovely experience.
