At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

订单满 S$399 享受 DHL 免费送货（不包括节日灯串和灯杆等大件物品）。

🚚 预计送达时间

• DHL 快递：最快选项；结账时显示准确预计到达时间。
• DHL 电子商务：通常为 3–14 个工作日。
• 澳大利亚邮政国际标准：主要大都市区间一般为 5–10 个工作日。

运输时间为估计值，不包括清关时间；偏远地区可能需要更长时间。

⏱️ 当日发货

在工作日 上午10点（澳大利亚东部标准时间）前下单并付款的订单，将于当天从悉尼仓库发出。

📦 追踪

所有货件均包含追踪信息。订单发出后，我们会通过电子邮件发送您的追踪链接。

🚨 运输中断

如果追踪显示有问题或延误，请 联系我们。我们将请求快递调查（需5–8个工作日）。

如果追踪显示已送达但您未收到包裹，请在收到送达通知后 7 天内通知我们，以便我们迅速处理。

🔄 错误或缺少物品

如发生错误，我们将予以纠正。如果发错商品或缺少物品，我们将免费使用原运输方式重新发货。请在收到货物后 48 小时内通知我们。

🧾 关税与税费

抵达新加坡时可能需缴纳进口关税和税费，费用由收件人承担。
