Timely delivery

Seems to be a shortage of these bulbs in NZ. Bought from Oz and was delivered in good time. Only disappointment was that we thought warm light would be same as what we had but is much crisper white. Fortunately we bought two so could replace the warmer light so that they matched. All good though and kept informed throughout the processing and shipping stages. Cost was reasonable despite foreign exchange.

Fast service, great product

Ordered a replacement globe and it was delivered just days later. Only downside was the limited stock. I wanted four globes and what the website was saying wasn’t really clear that only one was available. As a result, I paid the same postage for one that I would have paid for four. I recall seeing somewhere on the site that I could ask to be advised when further stock was available, but couldn’t easily find where when I went back in.
On the upside, the globe was perfect for purpose, quickly delivered and one of exactly what was needed.
