If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. If tracking says delivered but you haven't received your parcel, notify us within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can act quickly.
