🧾 Douane, Invoerrechten & BTW
Voor bestellingen onder €150 wordt BTW bij het afrekenen in rekening gebracht. Voor bestellingen boven €150 kunnen invoerrechten en belastingen bij aankomst van toepassing zijn en zijn deze voor rekening van de ontvanger.
🚨 Verstoring van zendingen
Als de tracking een probleem of vertraging aangeeft, neem dan contact met ons op. Wij zullen een onderzoek bij de koerier aanvragen (rekening houdend met 5–8 werkdagen).
Als de tracking aangeeft dat het pakket is afgeleverd maar u het niet heeft ontvangen, meld dit dan binnen 7 dagen na de leveringsmelding zodat wij snel kunnen handelen.
🔄 Verkeerde of ontbrekende artikelen
In het onwaarschijnlijke geval van een fout lossen wij dit op. Als het verkeerde artikel is verzonden of iets ontbreekt, verzenden wij het opnieuw op onze kosten met de oorspronkelijke verzendmethode. Meld dit binnen 48 uur na ontvangst van uw zending.
