3W G9 Frost LED Bulb - fixed my dimming incompatability with Clipsal Iconic Dimmer

I had compatability with a previous light bulb manufacturer and a clipsal iconic dimmer. Fortunately the Liquid LED 3w G9 Frost LED Bulb dims smoothly and without flicker.
