⏱️ Expediere în Ziua Comenzii
Comenzile plasate și plătite până la ora 10:00 AEST în zile lucrătoare sunt expediate în aceeași zi din depozitul nostru din Sydney.
📦 Urmărire
Toate expedierile includ urmărire. Vă vom trimite prin email linkul de urmărire odată ce comanda este expediată.
🧾 Vamă, Taxe și TVA
Pentru comenzile sub 150 €, TVA-ul va fi perceput la finalizarea comenzii. Pentru comenzile peste 150 €, taxele de import și alte taxe pot fi aplicate la sosire și sunt responsabilitatea destinatarului.
🚨 Probleme la Expediere
Dacă urmărirea indică o problemă sau o întârziere, vă rugăm să ne contactați. Vom solicita o investigație din partea curierului (permiteți 5–8 zile lucrătoare).
Dacă urmărirea arată că pachetul a fost livrat, dar nu l-ați primit, anunțați-ne în termen de 7 zile de la notificarea livrării pentru a putea interveni rapid.
🔄 Articole Greșite sau Lipsă
În cazul puțin probabil al unei erori, o vom remedia. Dacă a fost expediat un articol greșit sau lipsește ceva, vom reexpedia pe cheltuiala noastră folosind metoda originală de livrare. Vă rugăm să ne anunțați în termen de 48 de ore de la primirea expedierii.
