We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 to metro areas and over $199 to regional areas across Australia, excluding bulky items. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and postcode for orders below these thresholds.

Yes! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, EU and surrounding European countries, Canada, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, UAE and Qatar via DHL. Free international shipping is available on orders over $399. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Yes, for most products. Please note that bulky items such as festoon strings and festoon poles cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to their size and weight. A physical street address is required for these items.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. We suggest using a tracked service as LiquidLEDs will not be held accountable for missing packages. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return cost.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will review it within 7 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Yes. All LiquidLEDs LED light bulbs are vacuum-sealed and water-resistant, making them suitable for outdoor use. However, an IP44 or IP65 rated lamp holder is required when using bulbs outdoors.

No, your bulbs are most likely working perfectly. This is a common characteristic of LED bulbs with digital dimmers. Simply set a minimum brightness level of 35% or slightly higher in the Pixie app's device settings. This ensures the bulb always receives enough power to turn on.

Unsatisfactory

These bulbs have major flickering issues - and all in time with each other [5in a row] The effect is like a guttering candle. No dimmers involved. Especially annoying when the description is 'flicker free' . No answers when discussed with the help desk. Belatedly seen some feedback from others about this issue - all frustrated by the lack of answers. Every other aspect fine - but bottom line is my wife refuses to put up with it. So back to incandescent!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Most commonly, LED bulbs may flicker or dim in your home when there are voltage fluctuations in your home's wiring. When electrical loads turn on and off in your home, this changes voltage levels, which may cause the LED lights to occasionally dim or flicker. There are could other reasons, such as inrush current from appliances or loose connections or circuits.
Also, this model is currently not optical flicker-free, and the E14 bulb you purchased is.
