Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over:
- $99 to metro areas
- $199 to regional areas
Shipping costs start from $8.25 for orders below these thresholds and vary based on order weight and postcode.
The following regions are excluded from the free shipping offer:
- Lord Howe Island (NSW 2898)
- Norfolk Island (NSW 2899)
- Christmas Island (WA 6798)
- Cocos (Keeling) Islands (WA 6799)
- Thursday Island & Torres Strait (QLD 4875)
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated transit times from our Sydney warehouse:
- Sydney Metro: 1 to 3 business days
- Other NSW: 2 to 5 business days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide Metro: 2 to 5 business days
- Other Capital & Regional Areas: 2 to 7 business days
⏱️ Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed and paid for before 10 a.m. AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.
📦 Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your order anytime at liquid-leds.com/apps/parcelpanel.
🚨 Delays and Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows a delay or there appears to be an issue with your delivery, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. This process may take 5 to 8 business days.
If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of the delivery notification. Early notification helps us investigate with the courier while records are still fresh. If you notice the issue later, please still get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
📦 Damaged on Arrival
If your parcel arrived with visible damage to the packaging or if the contents were damaged in transit, please contact us with clear photos of the damage, the outer box, and your order number.
Early notification helps us lodge a claim with the courier, so please get in touch as soon as you can after noticing the damage. Ideally within 7 days of delivery, but if you notice the damage later, please still reach out and we'll do our best to help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
In most cases we can arrange a replacement without you needing to return the damaged item.
🔄 Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing from your order, please contact us and we'll re-ship the correct or missing item at our expense using the original shipping method.
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery where possible. If you notice the issue later, please still get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
📍 Incorrect Delivery Address
If an incorrect address is supplied and a delivery attempt is made, the parcel will be returned to us. This applies to addresses not recognised by Australia Post's National Address Database. Such attempts are still considered fulfilled deliveries on our end.
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will contact you. To redeliver, you'll need to pay the applicable postage fee for your area plus a $18 return-to-sender fee.
If you choose to cancel the order after the parcel has been returned, we will deduct the original shipping cost (even if it was originally free shipping) and the return-to-sender fee from your refund.
