Enjoy free shipping with DHL for orders over $149, except for bulky items such as festoon string or festoon poles. The shipping fees for orders below $149 vary based on the weight and postal code. The transit time from Australia to United States is estimated to be 5-7 working days. Please note that the shipping cost does not include any duties or taxes that the customs may charge.

We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
Incorrect Product/Order

If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order.
