🚚 Doba doručení
Doba přepravy se liší podle země a služby a je zobrazena při pokladně. Odhady jsou založeny na pracovních dnech.
⏱️ Odeslání ve stejný den
Objednávky provedené a zaplacené před 10:00 AEST v pracovní den jsou odeslány téhož dne z našeho skladu v Sydney.
📦 Sledování zásilky
Všechny zásilky obsahují sledování. Po odeslání objednávky vám zašleme odkaz na sledování e-mailem.
🧾 Clo, poplatky a DPH
U objednávek do 150 € bude DPH účtováno při pokladně. U objednávek nad 150 € mohou být při doručení účtovány dovozní cla a daně, které hradí příjemce.
🚨 Problémy s doručením
Pokud sledování ukazuje problém nebo zpoždění, prosím kontaktujte nás. Požádáme o vyšetření u kurýra (počítejte s 5–8 pracovními dny).
Pokud sledování uvádí doručení, ale zásilku jste neobdrželi, informujte nás do 7 dnů od oznámení o doručení, abychom mohli rychle jednat.
🔄 Nesprávné nebo chybějící položky
V nepravděpodobném případě chyby ji napravíme. Pokud byla odeslána nesprávná položka nebo něco chybí, znovu vám zásilku zašleme na naše náklady stejnou původní dopravní metodou. Prosím, informujte nás do 48 hodin od obdržení zásilky.
