At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. For orders placed before 10 a.m. AEST on a business day, enjoy the convenience of same-business-day dispatch from our Sydney warehouse. We are committed to delivering your purchases promptly.
Receive complimentary standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Embrace the joy of free delivery on all products over $399, except for Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, and Christmas Island. For orders below $99, the shipping fee varies based on weight and postal code within Australia, with prices starting at $8.25.
At your convenience, you can select express delivery during checkout, where shipping charges and transit times will be displayed.
Our standard transit guidelines are:

- Other NSW: 2-5 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-5 working days

Shipment Disruptions
If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
If you have yet to receive your parcel, even though the tracking system indicates it has been delivered, you must inform us within seven days of receiving the notification. This enables our team to investigate the matter promptly and resolve any issues, preventing further delays or complications in the delivery process.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and a delivery attempt is made to that address, please note that the courier will automatically return the parcel to us after a specified period. This policy also applies to addresses not included in Australia Post's National Address Database, which is beyond our control. Such an attempt is still considered a delivery attempt on our behalf.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the address details you provided during your transaction, including those suggested by the automated address finder at checkout. Once the parcel is returned to our facility, we will email you to inform you of the situation. At this time, you will need to pay the applicable postage charge for your delivery location and a return-to-sender fee of $18 to cover the cost incurred by us for the courier return.
Should you cancel your order now, please note that we will deduct the original shipping charge from your refund. Suppose your initial order benefited from free shipping. In that case, we will calculate the applicable shipping charge for your area, add the return-to-sender fee of $18, and deduct that total from your refund.

Incorrect Product/Order
In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. This weather-proof IP65-rated 15-meter solar-power festoon string light with fairy lights cable is perfect for indoor and outdoor parties and celebrations that require a cosy atmosphere—in any weather.
The bulbs operate on solar power, charging using sunlight (no electricity required while charging), and turn on automatically once it gets dark. On a full charge, the solar power festoon string has 6-8 hours of illumination (and 3-4 hours the following day if the weather is overcast). 1-watt 80-lumen LED bulbs add to its cost-effective electricity consumption. If you need to charge the solar-power festoon string at night or when it’s dark, the solar panel has a USB charger input connector, so you can just plug in an electric charger to have lighting while the solar panel is recharging its 2*1000ha battery (6-8 hours to full charge).
The solar panel has a 3-meter lead, which can be spiked in the grass (ground insertion included) or mounted on a tree (mounting bracket included). You can adjust the solar panel’s flexing plate up to 180 degrees.
The solar string comes with a remote control. With a remote control, you can dimmer the lights, turn on and turn off the lights, switch between the four lighting modes, and schedule for the string lights to turn off in 2 hours, 4 hours or 6 hours.
The solar panel has two buttons on the back for on/off switching, and selecting the lighting mode. You can choose from 4 lighting modes—steady, slow flash, quick flash, and pulsating—so you can vary the mode depending on the mood you wish to achieve. The solar string is not connectable.
Outdoors: Use in gardens, parks, festivals, outdoor café spaces—around trees, on garden fences, on walkways, gates or across open areas.
Indoors: In restaurants and cafés, living rooms, hallways—practically any space where you wish to achieve a relaxed, cosy, soothingly lit environment.
