At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

都市地区订单金额超过 99 美元，澳大利亚偏远地区订单金额超过 199 美元，可享受免费标准送货服务（不包括大件商品）。低于 99 美元的订单的运费根据澳大利亚境内的重量和邮政编码而有所不同，起价为 8.25 美元。 

为了方便起见，您可以在结帐时选择快递。

我们的标准运输指南如下：

• 悉尼地铁：1-3个工作日

• 新南威尔士州其他地区：2-4 个工作日

• 布里斯班、堪培拉、墨尔本和阿德莱德都会区：1-4个工作日

• 其他首都和偏远地区：2-7 个工作日  

库存产品指南

假设我们在任何工作日上午 10 点（澳大利亚东部标准时间）之前收到您的订单和付款，我们将在当天从悉尼仓库发货。我们希望您知道，我们的目标是快速交付您购买的商品。

运输 中断

如果您检查了包裹的递送状态并发现问题或包裹在运输过程中延误，请访问我们的 联系我们 页面。我们将立即联系快递公司，要求他们追踪您的包裹并展开调查。请注意，此调查可能需要长达 5-8 个工作日。

如果您尚未收到包裹，即使追踪系统显示包裹已送达，您也必须在收到通知后 7 天内通知我们。这使我们的团队能够及时调查此事并解决任何问题，防止交付过程进一步延误或复杂化。

错误的产品/订单

万一发生错误或延误，我们将尽力纠正问题。如果我们运送了错误的商品或您的订单中缺少某些物品，我们将使用与您原始订单相同的运送方式重新运送，费用由我们承担。请在收到货件后 48 小时内告知我们任何需要纠正的项目。
