At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Enjoy the convenience of same-business-day dispatch from our Sydney warehouse for orders placed before 10 am AEST on a business day. We are committed to delivering your purchases promptly.
Receive complimentary standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Embrace the joy of free delivery on all products over $399, except for Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, and Christmas Island. For orders below $99, the shipping fee varies based on weight and postal code within Australia, with prices starting at $8.25.
At your convenience, you have the option to choose express delivery at checkout.
Our standard transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
- Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days
Shipment disruptions
If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.
If you have yet to receive your parcel, even though the tracking system indicates it has been delivered, you must inform us within seven days of receiving the notification. This enables our team to investigate the matter promptly and resolve any issues, preventing further delays or complications in the delivery process.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Please inform us of any items that need to be corrected within 48 hours after receiving your shipment.
