Shipment Disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

If you have yet to receive your parcel, even though the tracking system indicates it has been delivered, you must inform us within seven days of receiving the notification. This enables our team to investigate the matter promptly and resolve any issues, preventing further delays or complications in the delivery process.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and a delivery attempt is made to that address, please note that the courier will automatically return the parcel to us after a specified period. This policy also applies to addresses not included in Australia Post's National Address Database, which is beyond our control. Such an attempt is still considered a delivery attempt on our behalf.

What is the IP65 rating, and what does it mean for outdoor use?

The IP65 rating means these festoon lights are completely protected against dust ingress and against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This means they're fully weatherproof and can be safely used outdoors year-round, even during rain, snow, and other weather conditions. The waterproof silicon rubber lamp holders provide additional protection for the bulbs and electrical connections.

Can I connect multiple strings of these festoon lights?

Yes, these festoon lights feature waterproof universal joints on both ends designed explicitly for connecting multiple strings. You can connect additional 20m or 10M strings to create 40m, 60m, or more lengths. The maximum recommended connection on a single power source is 1500W, as the total wattage should not exceed 1500W. How do I install these festoon lights?

What happens if one bulb breaks or burns out?

These festoon lights are designed with a parallel wiring circuit, meaning if one bulb breaks or burns out, the rest will continue to function normally. Simply replace the non-working bulb with a new E27 (Edison Screw) bulb rated at 25W or less. This design makes maintenance simple and ensures your lighting display isn't compromised by a single bulb failure.

What is the maximum wattage these festoon lights can handle?

Each lamp holder is rated for a maximum of 25 watts, and the entire lighting chain is rated for 1500 watts.
